Once upon a time in the magical Vaasa there was a small cute seal called Sally. Sally had a dream that all awesome students would join for a magical night and live happily ever after!
Soooooo… Bedtime stories. So what does it mean? Cute pyjamas, classic fairy tales or even ghost stories told under the blanket.
Bedtime stories sitsit is a combination of traditional Finnish sitsit, pyjama party, fairytale themed party and a ghost story party. Most likely your biggest problem is what to wear from too many options?
This is the night when you can travel back to your childhood. It’s more than recommended to come to Fontana wearing your pyjamas or comfy jumpsuits. Even more awesome is if you dress up with your all time favourite fairytale costumes.So check out your closets and get inspired by your childhood’s bed time stories.
Cinderella, Hansel and Gretel, Red Riding Hood, Moomins, Paddington Bear, Goldilocks and the Three bears, Little Prince, Sleeping Beauty, Little Mermaid, Ugly Duckling, Snow Queen…. List is endless: what is your favourite?
Bedtime Stories sitsit will begin at 18.30 and you can take photos in our photo booth or buy more drink tickets in the first 30 minutes. Program will start at 19.00. So dress up with your pyjama or costume which can be from your favourite stories.The doors are open only between 18.30-19.00 so be on time!
This is the first sitsit for spring semester. Are you ready for it? We are! It's time to take go back to your childhood and get a ticket to our fantastic sitsit. Let’s all live happily ever after.
The ticket costs 16 € for members of ESN Vaasa, and 18 € for non-members. The price includes the entrance, meal, two drinks (beer, cider, long drink or non-alcoholic), two shots, sitsit songbook, after party and an overall badge. You can pay only in cash. During the sitsit more drinks are available, but you can buy them only in cash.

What is a sitsit party?
Sitsit is a traditional academic table festival originating from the Nordic countries. During this festival people eat, hold speeches, sing drinking songs and drink.
Sitsit is probably the most popular student event in Finland. So we are proud to invite you to experience this kind of event with us. All you need is a free adventurous mind…. And an awesome outfit!
