Vappu is coming! But before vappu eve you must join in vappu preparties.
One of these preparties is our awesome Pallomeri sitsit!
There is nothing more exciting than pallomeri…. Well vappu might be even more exciting? So if you combine these two it’s going to be double amazing.
What is pallomeri?
Pallomeri is a Finnish word for ball pit. Yes, that fun place where all the kids play in fast food restaurants or in a boat to Sweden. Pallomeri is a sea full of colourful balls and unfortunately way too often with age limit. But don’t worry: in our pallomeri you are never too old! Now you have a chance to jump to pallomeri, without any judgement from adults.
For pallomeri sitsit you don’t have to worry about costume! Something colourful, something with balls, something silly or just overalls. Or maybe you wanna show your Vappu spirit, with funny Vappu wigs, balloons and serpentine? We don’t judge, balls in pallomeri are with different colours!
Did you know that these multi-coloured balls are also the symbol of the Erasmus Student Network. Pallomeri is an acronym for the ESN spirit:

Pallomeri sitsit will begin at 18.30 and you can take photos in our photo booth or buy more drink tickets in the first 30 minutes. Program will start at 19.00. So dress up and prepare yourself for Vappu! The doors are open only between 18.30-19.00 so be on time!
This is unfortunately our last sitsit for the spring semester. Are you ready for it?
The ticket costs 16 € for members of ESN Vaasa, and 18 € for non-members. The price includes the entrance, meal, two drinks (beer, cider, long drink or non-alcoholic), two shots, sitsit songbook, after party and an overall badge. You can pay only in cash. During the sitsit more drinks are available, but you can buy them only in cash.

What is a sitsit party?
Sitsit is a traditional academic table festival originating from the Nordic countries. During this festival people eat, hold speeches, sing drinking songs and drink.
Sitsit is probably the most popular student event in Finland. So we are proud to invite you to experience this kind of event with us. All you need is a free adventurous mind…. And an awesome outfit!
